The Borivali police said they are verifying the complaint and will not be making arrests anytime soon.
Nalanda Law College first hit headlines last month after some of its students registered a case of cheating against the management when they were not given admission despite fees being charged from them.
In her complaint filed with the Borivali police station on Friday, the woman has stated that she was summoned by Dhoble to his cabin on three occasions between January 2011 and 2013 on the pretext of college-related work.
During this time, she was allegedly beaten, raped and obscene pictures were shot.
A case has been registered under section 376 of IPC against Dhoble. The woman has been sent for a medical examination.
