'Bang Bang' inching towards Rs 100 crore mark

Bang Bang is already a massive hit what with shows running to a full house, but the Hrithik Roshan-Katrina Kaif-starrer film that was touted to make Rs 100 crore on day four, will have to wait another day to achieve the coveted figure.

According to a report in Koimoi.com, Bang Bang has made Rs 94.13 crore at the domestic box-office. The report mentions that the film collected Rs 22.41 crores on the fourth day, i.e. Sunday. Bang Bang, that got an amazing response at the ticket windows, has now become the 7th highest grosser of 2014.

Bang Bang has already toppled films like Akshay Kumar's Entertainment, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan's Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra-starrer Gunday in the top-grosser's list.


Bang Bang released alongside Vishal Bhardwaj's Haider starring Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor. Although, Haider got positive reviews and critical acclaim from the viewers, Bang Bang won the box office battle and can easily be termed a commercial success.
