Nissan Motor announces special offers for Datsun GO

The offers include exchange benefit Rs 20,000, insurance support worth Rs 4,000, free extended warranty worth Rs 4,000 and an additional discount.

CHENNAI: Aiming to push more sales during the upcoming festive season, Datsun India on Wednesday announced special offers totalling up to Rs 38,000 for customers purchasing the hatchback Datsun GO.

Japanese automobile maker Nissan Motor has two brands in India — Nissan and Datsun.

"Datsun India kicks-off the celebrations this festive season with the announcement of a host of benefits for customers. The brand has announced special offers totalling up to Rs 38,000 for the customers of Datsun GO", a company statement said.

The offers include exchange benefit Rs 20,000, insurance support worth Rs 4,000, free extended warranty worth Rs 4,000 and an additional discount of Rs 10,000 on select variants of Datsun GO.

The offers would be available till October 31, 2014, the statement added.

Apart from Datsun brand, Nissan in India retails hatchback Micra, mid-size sedan Sunny and premium SUV Terrano.

The company has a joint manufacturing facility at Oragadam set up with an investment of Rs 4,500 crore.
