Suniel Shetty turns national shooting coach

Suniel Shetty to train for his role as national shooting coach in his next

After Farhan Akhtar, who underwent strenuous training to play Milkha Singh in the biopic on the celebrated sprinter, it is Suniel Shetty's turn to do something similar.

The actor will be playing a national shooting coach in his next, directed by Anand Kumar. He will start training from the second week of September for two weeks under Prithipal Singh Bedi, a professional shooter, who's also the executive in-charge of a shooting sports division.

Says Suniel, "An actor playing such a part should look every bit his character. Shooting on a range is a different ballgame altogether. Prithipal will be around even during the filming of the movie to ensure that the character looks authentic. The technical aspect of sports-based movies is of primary importance as audiences understand the difference between a novice and a professional."

Interestingly, the gun Suniel will use in the movie is said to be similar to the one used in Bond flicks.
