A court in Mumbai has ordered fresh trial for 2002 hit-and-run case against Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. The trial has been ordered on actor's request.
A NDTV report says that the court has said all evidence and witnesses will be re-examined.
The court had initially ordered that Salman will be tried for harsh culpable homicide not amounting to murder rather than rash and negligent driving. More details are awaited.
