Mumbai University control room to handle exam queries

MUMBAI: Mumbai University has for the first time set up a control room to avoid confusion during exams over question papers, errors, seating arrangements and timetable. While the facility was available for exams held in April and May, officials have now set up helpline numbers.

For example, for a query on the question papers' e-delivery, colleges can directly contact the examinations control room on two different helpline numbers provided by the university.

A different unit has been assigned for seating arrangements and timetable. A separate helpline has been set up for hall-tickets , marksheets, convocation and revaluation. The numbers have been put up on the university's website.
