NEW DELHI: Home minister Rajnath Singh will undertake his maiden tour to the border areas in Gujarat from Wednesday and review security preparedness along the Pakistan frontier in this sector.
Officials said Singh will be travelling to Porbander, Bhuj, and operational areas and border posts of the BSF in Harami Nullah and Sir Creek area of the Rann of Kutchh.
The minister will be accompanied by senior officials of the home ministry and Border Security Force during the two-day tour, they said.
