NEW DELHI: Parts of the national capital are likely to receive rains on Tuesday, the Met office said.
"Light rain or thundershowers may occur in some parts of the city," said an official at the India Meteorological Department.
The day's maximum temperature is likely to hover around 33 degrees celsius.
Tuesday's minimum temperature settled at 26.3 degrees celsius, average for this time of the season.
Humidity at 8.30am was 78 per cent.
The city received 0.4mm rainfall since Monday.
Monday's maximum temperature was recorded at 35.3 degrees celsius, slightly above the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled at 24.6 degrees celsius, two notches below the season's average.
