NEW DELHI: An 18-year-old girl and her minor brother were found murdered at their home here, police said on Thursday.
The bodies were spotted around 6.30am on Thursday by their aunt. The bodies were found at the first floor of the house located at Karawal Nagar area in east Delhi.
There were several stab wounds on their bodies.
Police suspect the involvement of someone known to the siblings.
