NEW DELHI: In an attempt to spread the grievance redressal system across the city, chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has asked all department heads to fix a morning slot of one hour for public hearing.
The order, likely to be announced soon, have also asked the subordinate heads of larger departments to hold meeting with public at the same time.
The move is expected to cover close to 200 government departments, including all sub-registrar offices. Sources said the process is underway to standardize message alerts for all complainants with grievances.
