That Hrithik Roshan has rented a third floor apartment in the same Juhu building as Akshay Kumar is a stale fact. When we were in the vicinity we found Alan Abraham's (John's brother) team going hammer and tongs in the sea-facing apartment.

One hears that Hrithik has rented the place for three years and hence the work on the interiors will be detailed. Akshay and Hrithik have had cordial relations and one is sure the two superstars will be happy to bump into one another in the lift or in their garden.
