BANGALORE: A 10-month-old girl was killed after she was run over by a reversing truck on MohanNagar Main Road, Yeshwantpur, on Monday night.
Rajeshwari, the victim, is the daughter of Kashappanavar from Gadag district. Kashappanavar and his wife, both construction workers, have been working in Bangalore for four years.
Around 8pm, the couple was working when the child crawled out of the construction site on to the road only to be run over by the reversing truck. The vehicle driver escaped.
